Shipping And Handling

::DVD ORDERS::

Orders for DVD's placed and received before 3pm weekdays, will be despatched that day. We will not be held responsible for items getting lost in the post, due to incorrect details filled in by the customer during the ordering process. All DVD's that are being shipped to the United Kingdom are sent out 1st Class Recorded as standard, and should be with you within 3-5 working days. Somebody must be in at the address to sign for the item, if however there is no body at the address at the time of delivery, you will receive a note by your postman asking you to collect the item from your local post office head quarters. If after 7 days the item is not collected it will be sent back to us. Only when the customer contacts us regarding the undelivered item will we re-send the item, please note there will be a minimal cost in P&P in this event.

Orders for training equipment ect. mat take upto 7 working days to be delivered. All stock apart from DVD's are faxed to a supplier who will do their best to complete the order ASAP. We are not updated on suppliers stock; therefore delivery may take longer then the usual 5 working days. Please allow upto 10 working days.
Back Orders

::TRIANING DVD ORDERS::

Our DVD's are always in stock. However if in the event of our publishing hardware malfunctioning, we may have to back order your order until the publishing hardware is back online. You will be contacted in this event.


::TRAINING EQUIPMENT ORDERS::

Orders for Training Equipment, could be back-ordered depending on the suppliers stock level, we cannot say if the item/s you have requested are in stock, but stock deliveries are every week, and so a short wait may be necessary.

Returns Policy

::DVD ORDERS::

Only in the event of a DVD disk being faulty will we replace it. We will not replace any disks that have been defaced by human error. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your DVD if it is displaying a fault. We will pay the price of the postage to get the disk back to you, however we cannot reimburse you the postage price for sending the disk back to us.


::ALL OTHER ORDERS::

We cannot replace any training equipment, unless it shows to be faulty. In this rare event you must contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order, other wise your returns warrantee is void.
